The first time I stepped into Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) was during my base camp. To be honest I did not even know that was Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) main office,until my manager, Steven told me! But when I stepped into the training room and met up with the base camp group and the managers in charge, I felt that the managers were very friendly and tried to make us feel at home as much as possible. After the ice-breakers and some mini team bonding games, Mr. Peter Tan came and talked to the group. He let us know more about the organisation, the vision and mission of the organisation and also the important 5 pillars that he built this organisation on. He also told us what are his expectations of his employees and what should we aim and strive for.

During all that, it was when I know that this is the place where I can actually discover my potential and a very good platform to let me work on. It has a very good business model to follow upon and many inspiring leaders to look upon to. One example is my manager Steven. He went to a great extend to guide me and tell me what to look out for if I really want to carve out a career here in Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®).

Another reason why I chose to join Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) is because it really places a lot of emphasis on our families, which is actually quite rarely heard of in other companies or organisations. It really did brought me closer to my family members when I followed what Peter Tan told us, which is to communicate more with them and place them above anything else in your life. Because without them, I would not be who I am today. A perfect example will be what we saw during the dinner and dance event this year, where we really acknowledged the hard work of the parents in front of everyone in the organisation, which I think it’s a very special thing to do.

Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) also offers many incentives to those who have worked really hard and to those who produce very good results and thus, contributing to the organisation. Incentives include lucky draws during dinner and dance which offer really great prizes. And also trips to many nice places like Hainan Island, Taiwan and Hongkong. I believe all these incentives and additional benefits offered by Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) can actually play a part in motivating me to work harder and achieve my targets in a shorter period of time.

In conclusion, I feel that by choosing to join Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®), I have chose a correct platform to further develop myself and to be a better person. To be a better person, you must be in a right place, and of course not forgetting the hard work that I must put in as well.
